We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.  All data is held on UK and EEA data centres and is encrypted both in transit and at rest.  In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.


Within their terms and conditions of employment all employees will receive briefings on data security and the handling of personal data. A programme of staff awareness and refresher training is underway to ensure that our data is protected. This training will be updated regularly.


In accordance with GDPR, we will only use your data where it is in our legitimate interest to do so and to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements. We will always explain clearly what data we are collecting about you and why.


Data is only collected if it has been directly provided by yourself. This is done via email, phone and face to face meetings.  The data you provide us is used solely for the purpose of our mutual business contract in order for us to provide our services to you and communicate with you.  However on our contact page, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to reply to you after your visit. Your name, e-mail address and other personal information is required for us to be able to supply information and services to you.  The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us.


We may have to share your data with third parties, including third-party service providers.  We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law.  We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes. 


You have the right to access, amend or delete any of your personal data that we hold. You can make a request to view the data we hold, to make any changes or to remove your data from our systems by emailing
